For Alex’s 4th birthday party he had a pool party at the YMCA. He started the morning off by opening his presents from family and having fun playing with them before heading to the pool. He had pizza and cupcakes with friends before heading outside to swim. He had a great time!
With Ammy and Papa visiting we took a night away at the oceanfront. We spent a little time at the beach and pool, had dinner out, walked the boardwalk a bit, and caught fireworks over the ocean before heading to bed.
AJ and I went to a beer festival that helped build an orphanage in Haiti. It was a fun day date on a nearby farm, even when it started raining.
Today Brooke took the swim test and acquired her swim necklace on her first try. This means that she can swim anywhere in the pool without an adult and can go down the yellow slide. We are proud of you Brooke!
Alex has outgrown his old bike so we asked him what color he would like for a new one. He got a new 18inch orange bike.
