I caught a cold from my Uncle Brad and spent the day at home sick today. It gave me the chance to edit the photos I took last week with my mom when we hiked up the mountain behind my parents house. |

I've added the photo's from the Tucson Half Marathon that Laura and Jackie both ran in this past Sunday. Both did a great job in running all 13 miles! |

During August and September I was gone to North Carolina for two Emergency Medicine rotations; one at Wake Forest in Winston-Salem and the other at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. During my 8 weeks there Laura was able to come out for a week and we explored some of the sites around each city. Below are images during my time there. Winston-Salem |
