We went skiing in the West Virginia mountains this year at Snowshoe. The kids did a day of ski school to refresh their memory from last year and then they did a few runs on the bunny hill after school. The second day of skiing we all went together down the long green runs and everyone did great. We had a wonderful trip!
Today Alex had his winter singing concert at school. He did a great job singing all the songs!
Our crazy neighbors hosted this polar plunge party and eventually both kids were brave enough to jump in.
We had a very merry Christmas and the kids got just what they wanted from Santa!
This year Oma and Opa joined us for Christmas. On Christmas Eve we went to Charles Dicken’s Christmastown and then out to lunch before heading home to make more cookies! Of course we had Chinese for dinner and then looked at Christmas lights. This year we even did some viewing on our bikes with Oma and Opa following in their car. Once the cookies and milk were ready for Santa we tucked the two excited kiddos to sleep.
