Happy Thanksgiving! We had a great first Thanksgiving Day with Brooke – – hanging out watching the parade, taking a nice walk, and eating a delicious dinner. We hope you and your family had a nice day too.
We enjoyed going to the Zoo before the weather got too cold. It was Brooke’s first time there and she seemed to enjoy herself.
Fall arrived with all of its beautiful colors. We went out around Oak Grove Lake for a walk to enjoy the crisp air and nice scenery.
Today Brooke got to eat her first solid food, ever! She did pretty good with it, she even managed to eat some of the food. Dad got to feed her butternut squash purée, then Mom tried her hand at it.

Grammy is visiting this week and spending some quality time with Brooke, Laura and AJ. Today she gave Brooke a bath and experienced Brooke’s ability to splash the water.
