Today while AJ was working I took the kids across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to explore Kiptopeke State Park and then we walked around the small town of Cape Charles. It was a nice day trip.

First Day of Kindergarten and 2nd Grade
Brooke and Alex had their first day of school today! Alex is now at the same school as Brooke and finally got to ride the bus! Brooke is starting 2nd grade and Alex is in Kindergarten. They were both very excited to start school again!
Brooke’s Lost Tooth
Brooke has lost both teeth on the sides of her two front and AJ thinks it’s adorable!
Lemonade Stand
The kids wanted to have a lemonade stand so we got all the supplies, Brooke made a sign and we set up on the corner of our property. The kids wanted to give the lemonade away for free and we did to a few people but our neighbors are too nice. After two hours and nine customers they raised $11.50 which they used to treat us all to ice cream the next day.
