Today I bought a second bouncer for $10 from a fellow stroller strides mom. Now that we have a bigger house I thought it would be good to have one downstairs and one in the playroom. First thing Brooke did when we got home was put her baby in it and offer her baby toys, milk, and rocked the baby. Someone’s practicing to be a big sister! 🙂
This past week we had Grammy and Grandpa visit. Â Brooke had a hard time saying her “G’s”, so we finally settled on the names Ammy and Papa for now, which Brooke took to very well. Â We had a great week spending time with them. Â Brooke specifically had a blast going to the trampoline park, playing at the playground, visiting the botanical gardens, going kayaking and just spending some quality time at home with Ammy and Papa, to name just a few of the things we did.

As inconvenient as it is in the winter, I love daylight savings time in the summer. Here are some pictures of Brooke playing at the park between 6:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. before we went home to have her second dinner and get ready for bed.
This morning Brooke and I went to breakfast early and then went to walk the Chesapeake Arboretum. Â Here are some pictures and videos of our windy walk.

Yesterday we went the Chesapeake City Park for their Easter Egg Hunt. Â Brooke was more interested in dancing to the jazz band than picking up eggs.
