This Saturday was Smithsonian Free Museum Day and we got free tickets to go the Portsmouth Children’s Museum. Alex rested comfortably in his stroller or sling while Brooke had a blast with Mommy and Dadda.
Yesterday was a beautiful fall day and we made the most of it in the evening by venturing out to our local Food Truck Rodeo for dinner. Everyone had a great time eating good food, relaxing by the water, listening to the live music, seeing the CFD fire truck, and going on a walk to the marsh overlook.
Alex is growing everyday and now is 4 weeks old!
Today I have been taking a lot of pictures of Alex. Of course I think he is completely adorable and wanted to get some pictures of him. Here is some of him relaxing in his bouncer, stretching after having a milk coma from nursing, and contemplating the clouds in the sky on our evening walk.
Alex is still working on establishing a nursing routine. So some days he gets up before Brooke and some days at the same time. Today he got up early and I was able to have him ‘dressed and ready’ when we woke up Brooke for the day. One of Brooke’s favorite things is to lay face to face with Alex. So when we woke her up she asked ‘Baby lay down?’. Here are some pictures of her talking to and kissing Alex. All was well until Alex spit up on her bed sheet ‘Ut oh Baby!’.
