Hammocks in the rain
It has been rainy for weeks here. Today we got creative today and tried to put the hammocks first in the playhouse, and then on the porch so we could still play outside even though it was raining.
Skate Park
The kiddos wanted me to wake them up early so we could go to the skate park before it got ridiculously hot today. Alex and I woke up naturally, but we woke Brooke up and headed to the park at 8 a.m.
Family Piano
Our neighbors, who we never really talked to, moved and put his piano on the curb the morning before it rained in the afternoon. Other neighbors helped us get it into the garage, and then we had a tuner make sure it was salvageable before moving it into the house. Now the kids’ piano instruction (which they started with me in January) has been given an upgrade!
