AJ spent the day having fun with his friends while golfing at Bay Creek on the Eastern Shore. They enjoyed two full games on two beautiful courses near the ocean!

Blacklight Golf
Alex was given Blacklight Golf as a birthday gift from Aunt Allison so we went on a hot day to play. The walls were painted with intricate art and the kiddos were good sports about a few spooky characters and had fun hitting the ball.
ODU Science Pubs- The Science of Beer
I found a cool monthly lecture series through ODU that takes place at local breweries. Each month is a different scientific topic but since they were starting out the school year this one was lead by two microbiologists who also home brew. It was fun learning about the science of beer.
Beach Day
We are getting close to the end of our summer season with school starting for Brooke next week so today I took the kiddos to the beach. We had a lot of fun mostly swimming and boarding, but also playing in the sand.
Zoo Trip
After attending Alex’s friend’s birthday party at the Virginia Zoo we were free to walk around the exhibits. We had a good time looking at the animals.
