NAS Oceana Air Show
Today I took the kids to the NAS Oceana Air show. We had a great time looking at and getting into different airplanes and helicopters. We got to see some performances too (several were canceled due to the weather): stunt planes, Hornet, F16, and a heritage flight.
Beginnings of Fall
This beauty was on my car yesterday and before I left the parking lot I snapped a picture of it.
Alex’s First Day of 3 Year Old Preschool
Today Alex started preschool. It was his first day in the 3 year old class with Miss Amy and Miss Lisa in the dinosaur room! He had a great day!
Family Day Hike
Today was GORGEOUS outside! It has really started to feel like fall with our 70 degree days. We spent the day together hiking one of our favorite parks, NWRP. We hiked the Molly Mitchell trail for 2 miles before finishing the half mile on the road to the lake. There we had lunch at a picnic table and set up the hammocks to rest before hiking back out.
