One of the things I love about our Y is that while I get to take an hour workout class, Alex gets to play in a huge two story slide play area, and Brooke can either play with him or climb the rock wall. Today she opted to not play with Alex and spent her time climbing. She was climbing when I picked her up so I was able to get some pictures.
Awesome, thanks for posting shots showing Brooke enjoying this activity. Now, if she keeps it up for a few more years then I know who I will be posting my old potholing, abselling gear to (minus the ropes which are tailored more for my heavy frame). And of course that won’t be until I’m done with using them – being one large harness, a small harness, plus as well, heaps of twingate, screwgate, flare end, spring gate, and revolver (great for hauling up picnic baskets) carabiners plus some odd belays, blocks, and stoppers. If they are not in perfect working order – I won’t be sending them. Yet, if she wants to become a champion American Ninja Warrior – then just have a look at past results Worldwide, and it’s always the Rock-jockettes (lean, mean, fighting machine) that go the furthest, heaps further than any them Gym-monkeys (they’re just too heavy, not enough muscle to mass ratio). So please tell Brooke that she has great-uncle Eddy’s nod of approval, and when she’s ready then she can challenge me… love your postings, keep it up Laura, I love you all.
Way to go Brooke!!! ENJOY!!! xoxo
